SYSTEMS & PROGRAMMES EXECUTIVE

OPERATIONS AND PROGRAMMES ? DUBLIN, CORK, GALWAY

Rethink Ireland is looking for an energetic, curious, dynamic and
eager-to-learn Systems & Programmes Executive to join our Operations
team as soon as possible.

ROLE PURPOSE

The primary purpose of this role is to work as a systems administrator
across the Systems and Programmes strands within our wider Operations
Team. The role also involves supporting the design, development, and
delivery of new systems/processes and capacity-building programmes
across our core platforms, Salesforce and Bamboo. Reporting to the
Systems Coordinator and Head of Programmes, the role will also include
collaboration with other project teams and Fund Managers, as well as
other project administration tasks.

While this role sits in the Operations Team it also works closely with
the Finance, Portfolio Management, Business Development and Marketing
/ Communications Teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Primary contact for all staff system queries via our case
management tool.
* Key administrator for our core system, Salesforce, supporting
staff to maximise its potential to support awardee impact.
* Work with the Systems coordinator to develop new systems projects
across all teams, gather feedback, and deliver agreed project briefs.
* Responsible for the creation of requested Salesforce reports,
training materials, and process maps associated with our Fund life
cycle.
* Support the Head of Programmes to implement a cross-fund workshop
programme linked to core awardee capacity-building areas.
* Support the delivery of capacity-building workshops.
* Apprentice yourself to your line manager (or others as requested)
to learn to track awardee, peer and consultant feedback and implement
it across our systems and programmes.
* Support our Selection team on a needs basis.
* Support the marketing, communications and fundraising activities
of Rethink Ireland.
* Be an excellent Ambassador for Rethink Ireland.
* Undertake training and development as requested.
* Other duties, including system administration, as assigned by your
line manager from time to time.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

* Primary degree in a relevant area e.g. business, technology, social
sciences, or an equivalent amount of experience.
* Demonstrable experience of your track record of working on
projects and working to timelines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including
experience in taking minutes of meetings and writing updates and
reports.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Excellent software literacy including cloud-based systems.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
* Ability to take initiative, and develop and implement own work
plans based on role goals.

DESIRABLE

* Experience in using Salesforce or other content management systems.
* Experience in organising, managing and running projects with
supporting project management software.
